Our process includes the following critical phases:
Pre-Engineering Phase
Our specialists begin by reviewing Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) to craft a customized cleaning strategy, incorporating feedback from the client. This stage includes annotating Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), designing chemical injection and circulation systems, defining operational steps, calculating chemical dosages, and identifying all necessary resources—such as chemicals, tools, personnel, and utilities.

Scope Definition & Project Planning
Using all relevant data from the facility, our team develops a clear and detailed scope of work. This includes a responsibility matrix that outlines the roles of both PetroDecon and the client. A comprehensive project timeline is then created to align seamlessly with the plant’s shutdown schedule, ensuring smooth coordination with decommissioning efforts.
Safety & Execution Protocols
To promote safe and effective operations, PetroDecon prepares site-specific execution plans, including a Work Method Statement (WMS) and a Job Safety Analysis (JSA), tailored to the unique conditions of the site.

Inspection & Testing Procedures
We establish rigorous protocols for sampling, testing, and inspection, which are strictly followed throughout the project to maintain quality and regulatory compliance.

Effluent Management Strategy
A detailed plan is developed for the safe handling, transport, and disposal of effluent, ensuring adherence to environmental standards and client-specific requirements.
